Nanopar has a pilot dryer which is used for test drying and sizing of the actual drying plants. The pilot dryer will be also used to test municipal sludges from different size waste water treatment plants in Finland to check if the dried sludge contains remains of bacteria and pathogens.
The dryer footprint is small. The dryer plant handling the sludge of small and medium size waste water treatment plant can be installed and delivered in a two 40 ft. container.
The PSS-Nanopar infrared dryers are already well proven in the mining and process industries. The largest dryer to date was delivered to Kazakhstan to dry gold and copper concentrate. The drying capacity is 15 tph and the installed power is 1.6 MW.
