Government Grant
Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland have given a grant to Nanopar for the market launch of the Paskíer®process. In the first phase an independent laboratory will identify medicine, drug, pathogen and microplastic residues from the sludge of mid-size and large municipal wastewater treatment plants. The analysis will be done before and after thermal drying to find what will happen to the residues when subjected to 600 – 800 °C radiation temperature. For a comparison, medicine residue analysis will be done for a sample, taken from the slurry tank of a large dairy farm.
